This page explains the criteria and process behind our reviews, roundups, and comparisons.
What We Look At
- Positioning and claims: what the manufacturer says the product does, and whether that language stays within what’s substantiated (we flag claims that read as overreaching).
- Ingredients and formulation: what’s listed on the product’s own label or sales page, compared against similar products in the category.
- Marketplace signals: for ClickBank offers, we note the product’s Gravity score (a measure of how many affiliates are currently earning commissions on it) as an indicator of current market activity, not a quality rating.
- Price and refund terms: what the product costs and what the vendor’s stated refund policy is, when publicly available.
- Red flags: disease-cure claims, guaranteed-results language, and other patterns that don’t hold up to scrutiny.
What We Do Not Do
We do not clinically test supplements ourselves, and we do not claim to. We are not a substitute for a physician, a pharmacist, or a registered dietitian. Where a product’s claims would require clinical evidence we don’t have access to, we say so rather than repeating the claim as fact.
How We Score
Where an article includes a comparative ranking, it reflects publicly available marketplace data (such as Gravity and pricing) alongside our editorial read of how clearly and honestly a product is marketed. It is not a claim about clinical efficacy.
Updates
Marketplace offers change frequently. We periodically re-check pricing, availability, and marketplace standing, and update articles when something material changes.
